All payments for The Pilot, The Scale Engine, and The Syndicate tiers are securely processed via Gumroad. Your selected services will commence only upon successfully confirming the upfront transaction for the specific batch or package corresponding to your tier.
We stand behind the quality of our content pipeline. If you are entirely unsatisfied with the output, AI avatars generated, or the workflow implementation, you may confidently request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Following this window, payments assume finality.
You retain full ownership, copyright, and exclusive rights over your face, likeness, voice samples, and personal brand. Conversely, AIR Agency retains strict ownership of the underlying AI workflow, data scraping mechanisms, custom extraction scripts, and proprietary automation models utilized to streamline and generate the content.
While we leverage highly targeted Investigative Content Marketing to maximize audience reach and engagement probabilities, AIR Agency does not—and cannot—guarantee specific view counts, virality figures, or algorithm performance on any social media platforms. Organic platform algorithms oscillate inherently, and individual results will naturally vary over time.
